Because as fun as music is... it's not easy.
It WAS NOT easy for me when I started at 15. The only thing going for me was that I LOVED IT.
My dad likes to say the moment I got that guitar, I went into my room and didn't come out for 7 years.
The truth is, it became a way to express myself - and that changed my life. FINALLY, I had a way to share HOW I FELT. I didn't feel so alone, and I could connect with others in a way I hadn't been able to before.
So I stuck with it. I practiced obsessively. But it would have been nice to have someone or something guiding me. Showing me the way.
And now I want to help YOU.
I want your lessons to be better than mine. That's what drives me. To take what I learned and share it with others.
